Smart Vision was commisiioned by SOS CSV to evaluate the “Socio‑Economic Empowerment – BMZ Project.” Using the OECD evaluation criteria, the assessment confirms that beneficiaries have experienced significant improvements in their well‑being compared to their situation prior to the intervention. The project has strengthened household economic stability through livelihood opportunities, expanded access to education, and enhanced protection mechanisms for vulnerable groups. Village Savings and Loans schemes have built financial resilience, while training in modern, climate‑resilient techniques has equipped communities to adapt to environmental challenges and secure sustainable livelihoods. These combined achievements demonstrate the project’s vital contribution to sustainable growth and highlight the importance of continued investment in initiatives that deliver measurable impact, accountability, and long‑term capacity building.
