Inherent in well-designed projects are mid-term and final project evaluations that should be conducted as standard practice for strengthening accountability to donors, and key stakeholders including beneficiaries, and for purposes of learning. At Smart Vision, we conduct mid-term and final evaluations based on any criteria specified by the client including principles of the surveillance and monitoring for Evaluation of Development Programs provided by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Development Assistance Committee (OECD-DAC).
