Business Development Services

We support clients by offering Business Development Services (BDS) to improve performance of the enterprise, its access to markets and their ability to compete. We also assess and develop and/or improve business strategies and business operations through capacity building in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling of the various aspects of production, such as procurement, manufacturing, distributions and marketing. We also train and capacitate enterprises.
